Joe has previously worked with John Campbell at Coworth Park and Olly Rouse at Lainston House, where he was awarded ‘Winner of Chaine des Rotisseurs UK Young Chef of the Year 2015’. He joined Fishmore Hall from Aurora Restaurant in Ipswich. Joe has also worked as London Development Chef at Rhubarb Food Design, developing dishes for venues such as Ascot, the London Eye and the Royal Albert Hall.

Those seeking the ultimate relaxation can add a pampering ELEMIS treatment in Fishmore Hall’s Spa. Nestled in the hotel’s stunning gardens, the SPAShell™, which recently celebrated its first anniversary, boasts four treatment rooms, which can be combined to create two couples’ rooms for indulgent shared treatments. There are also two thermal cabins, a steam room, sauna, outdoor Cedar hot-tub and oversized hammock on the decking.
