Shropshire boutique hotel, Fishmore Hall, is celebrating the reinstatement of their three AA Rosettes this month.

Located just minutes away from the picturesque market town and renowned foodie haven of Ludlow, Fishmore Hall is a beautiful 15-bed Georgian house with individually designed bathrooms, unrivalled views of the surrounding Shropshire countryside, Forelles, the fine dining restaurant and a spa overlooking the gardens.

Joe Gould, who joined the hotel as head chef in autumn 2017, commented, “I am very proud of the whole team on reaching this milestone. It’s a great platform for all the plans we have in the coming years.”

Laura Penman, owner of Fishmore Hall said, “Whilst we have strongly believed that the food coming out of the kitchen has been of a strong three rosette standard, it’s good to have the teams hard work over the last 12 months formally recognised”.
