As the dramatic landscape changes, an incredibly diverse larder presents itself over on the stunning Isle of Eriska, with a variety of ingredients totally unique in quality to the highlands and islands. Game birds arrive, mushrooms are foraged and the kitchen garden delivers stunning root vegetables, pumpkins and winter herbs direct to the table.

Throughout the autumn and winter seasons, the delightful menus at Eriska will change from week to week and be served alongside a matching wine from their Coravin wine system.

Enjoy a delicious game tasting experience, with a Scottish Malt Whisky tasting before dinner, beside the roaring open fires. Scottish dining in true Highland style.

The Great Game & Fine Wine Experience is available from September 2017 through January 2018, priced at £498 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
