The Vicarage in Cheshire has announced a January hotel break for guests wanting to relax and escape after the busy Christmas period. Guests can enjoy an overnight stay at The Vicarage with sparkling afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast for just £95 per room based on two people sharing a twin or double room.

Nestled in the Cheshire countryside, just a short walk from the picturesque village of Holmes Chapel, the Grade II listed country hotel and pub is perfectly placed for those wanting to explore and blow away the cobwebs and seasonal excesses. There are numerous winter walks to enjoy in the surrounding area and walking maps are available on request.

The 17th Century hotel has 20 individually designed bedrooms and six brand luxurious signature rooms, all with bespoke, touches, mini libraries, complimentary WiFi and luxuriously comfortable beds.The hotel’s sumptuous signature rooms have been custom styled to emulate the hotel’s elegant yet rustic country-inn style decor. Situated in the most historic part of the beautiful old building, the rooms are decadent yet homely, with high ceilings, exposed brickwork and beams, soft king-sized beds and sizeable bathrooms with freestanding roll top baths and roomy walk in showers. Each room boasts 3D compatible 42 inch TVs, Nespresso machines, premium teabags from Tea from the Manor and fragrant coffee from Cheshire company, Jaunty Goat Coffee.

The Vicarage is a food-led destination, headed up by Executive Chef, Steven Tuke. Guests can enjoy a seasonally inspired menu featuring only the finest, locally-sourced ingredients from the farmers, gardeners and foragers of Cheshire.
The hotel’s legendary afternoon tea consists of a selection of finger sandwiches on fresh Mandeville’s bloomer, fruit scones, homemade cakes and tarts, served alongside loose-leaf teas, Arabica coffee and a glass of fizz served in the Vicarage’s lounges, restaurant or conservatory.

The January hotel break is priced at £95 per room includes a sparkling afternoon tea on arrival at the hotel, a three-course dinner up to the value of £25 per person, a robust English breakfast the next morning, and is based on two adults sharing a comfy double or twin room. A two-night stay is priced at £175 per room. For those wanting to upgrade to a signature room, the supplement is £40 per room per night.

Easily accessible by car, The Vicarage is just one mile from Junction 18 of the M6 motorway and 30 minutes from Manchester Airport. The hotel is located just one mile from Holmes Chapel train station, with direct links to Crewe, Manchester and Manchester Airport.
