It’s a transformation all round for Jurys Inns, who welcome Damien Doyle as Cluster General Manager – Brighton, following a £3.1million refurb on a number of their stylish hotels and conferences venues.  Damien will oversee the company’s two Brighton hotels, Jurys Inn Brighton Waterfront and Jurys Inn Brighton

Damien has extensive experience of the Brighton hotel industry, having successfully managed Jurys Inn Brighton for the past ten years. Earlier this year he also assumed General Manager responsibility for Jurys Inn Brighton Waterfront on a temporary basis. Prior to this he held a number of senior positions with the company.

Seamus McGowan, Deputy Managing Director, said: “I believe that under Damien’s remit the two hotels, working side by side, can support and develop business together. I have absolutely no doubt that Damien, in this newly created role, will ensure the continued success of both hotels and the further development of each hotel’s teams.”

Jurys Inn Brighton Waterfront has just completed a £5.6 million renovation to transform its facilities. As part of the investment, the hotel’s nine meeting and events spaces and 221 bedrooms now have a stylish new look, .a Costa Coffee bar has been introduced and the hotel’s public areas including the lobby, bar, restaurant and leisure club have been transformed with a new bright, contemporary décor and stunning artwork.

Jurys Inn Brighton opposite Brighton station will be fully refurbished later this year to include a stunning new bar and restaurant concept, new look lobby and nine meeting rooms as part of a £1.85 million investment.
