Plan your perfect wedding day at The Courthouse in Knutsford. The unique venue is hosting Bride: The Wedding Fair in conjunction with Cheshire Bride magazine on Sunday 18th March.
As well as the opportunity to look around this magnificent wedding venue, local registrars are set to stage a mock ceremony at 2pm to offer insight into how a wedding day ceremony is conducted. There will be 30 of the region’s finest wedding suppliers and visitors will be entertained by live music and fashion shows.
The first 50 visitors through the doors of the historic Courthouse will receive free goody bags and there will also be complimentary copies of Cheshire Bride magazine and Lancashire & Lake District Bride magazine for all attendees.
Visitors to the iconic venue will get to see two stunning catwalk shows featuring exquisite bridal gowns from some of the county’s premium suppliers. The shows will take place at 1pm and 3pm against a backdrop of live music.
The Courthouse’s dedicated wedding planner, Katy Viner, will be on hand to offer advice and answer any questions about the venue. Katy has been part of the team since it launched in June 2017. She brings years of experience to the role, ensuring that every wedding day is individually tailored for a unique, personal and memorable celebration.
The Courthouse is a striking Georgian Grade II listed building, designed by renowned architect George Moneypenny and built in 1818. The building’s impressive glass dome, ornate ceilings and enormous feature windows make a beautiful backdrop for a perfect wedding day celebration.
